Please: read our FAQs below, make sure you are using the latest version, and if you still cannot solve the problem, email our support team. When you write, remember to include your version number, your operating system version, your hardware configuration, and the error message.
Download a free trial from the Downloads page, install it on your Windows PC, and open the converter you need. Most tools convert with a simple three-step flow: add files → choose output → convert.
Download the software you want from our website and install it. When you perform a conversion, a registration request window will pop up. Please ignore it and click the Later button, and you will get the trial version.

Normally you will receive your registration information within a few minutes after sending the online order form. If you do not receive it within 12 hours, or you have lost the registration email, please contact us at support@ailtware.com and we will be glad to help.
In some cases there is a processing delay. In others, the wrong email address may have been submitted. In rare cases the registration email cannot be delivered because of an invalid email account or email privacy/filter software. Please email support@ailtware.com and we will resend your registration information soon.
You can always get normal update versions of the software for free. Download the update from our website — your original license code remains valid for the update version.

Sure. Please write to sales@ailtware.com and include your order information (Order ID, the email address and name used at purchase) so we can locate your order promptly.
First uninstall the software from your old computer. Then download the version you purchased from our Downloads page (or use your original CD) and install it on the new one. Register the full version with the registration information you received before.
